On the Eagles’ Wings is a practical book that one can easily identify with, as it exposes the practical issues that affect the outcome of decisions that people make while they face different challenges in life.
This book outlines the principles that individuals must pay attention to in order to make a wise choice in critical moments when they are faced with a difficult decision. It also exposes common pitfalls that could make situations worse if they are not carefully avoided, like making hasty decisions. When an individual is faced with dilemma, if the person is not strong in the Lord, he or she can easily be blown about by every wind of doctrine, easily deterring one from reaching his goal.
On the Eagles’ Wings can be used as a point of reference by anyone going through difficult times or facing having to make a life-altering decision. This book is written based on biblical facts and references, as well as on true stories shared by Christians who have lived through hard times and have now shared the experiences that helped to ground them in the Lord.
People go through different challenges in life. The most important thing while going through these trials is not so much the challenge itself, but instead how each individual tackles the situation—this is what makes the difference and grants the person victory. As Christians, we know that our faith is rooted in the Lord.

I find the content of the book well-arranged and the Bible quotations very sound. The book led me to God’s presence and encouraged me in many ways to think of God’s master plan for his people. I am forever grateful knowing the contents in this book will touch peoples’ life in a very positive way. Thank you so much for sharing God’s word

I have commenced reading the book “On the Eagles’’ Wings by Ebele Onwuachu and the introduction and chapter one have sharpened my hope for a more meaningful living in the face of whatever challenge. It has thrown more light on the existence and present of God who is always there to strengthen us and help us overcome our challenges and difficult times if we give him our trust and faith. My appetite is already wet and I have resolved to read the book through.Mr. Z.O Ibrahim, MFR, MNI Controller General of Nigerian Prison Rtd.

Women’s World Trending in Ebele’s Blog

  • A call for prayers IMG_5634
  • The time is now when each woman will take refuge in the Lord, and seek him deliberately  in other to find him. The world we are living in right now is porous unfit for raising our children. The natural moral standard of obedience has been taken away. Children are given freedom to be disobedient first to their parent – the one command spelled out in the bible for children “honor your father and mother that your days may be long”. The reverse has become the case. where parents are ripped of the power and authority to raise their children. They are given the freedom to be monkeys in a jungle world where there is  no law and other. Ask most of the teachers how they feel about the children they teach ..its nightmare. And worst Police are assigned to schools they say for safety purpose isn’t it because the society have raised and continue to raise wild children: how can this children obey their teachers or adults or authorities outside the four walls of their home?
  • The society has given the future generation the weapon to destroy themselves but has also taken away the mantle of leader ship of a strong nation away from themselves. God created man and woman and commanded they populate the world the reverse  has become the case people say they were created male in female body female in male body and the worst the nation the authority who is suppose to guide and educate and protect their own has given their own up for internal condemnation humm  Women this is the long and horrible impact of lack of guidance, tutoring of our children from home.
  • The word of God taken away from schools so if as a parent you are not in the Lord strongly rooted in his words than your children will bear  double consequences.
  • To make it worse drugs condoms are not only taught and given to children in school they are told its their life so that no one is there when a child decides to practice what he has been taught in school . Some say it is a good thing they are given all this education to do the following
  • Be disobedient to parents adult an community
  • Freedom to practice lawlessness  and call it their right
  • Freedom to drop out of school and call it their live
  • Freedom to destroy one another .
  • Freed0m to carry arms and call it protection.
  • The Nation that seeks to completely destroy the legacy upon which their fore fathers fought and founded this great Country America will also seat back and watch how the Freedom they fought so hard to get has become the freedom which will ruined them because has been mismanaged and abused and allowed to be used any how without limits nor consequences

Hi There, Trending in women’s world P24

My mission is to to empower and inspire women to embrace Jesus Christ, and  then will they be victorious and achieve their uttermost heart desire. Being rooted in the Lord comes with a price. Just as you work hard to be a successful carrier woman, a great wife , mother , aunt , grandmother, fiancée , etc  so also you have to put hard work into being rooted in the Lord to enjoy the great benefit of peace of mind, and boldness even in face of trial and be shielded  from the furious darts of the evil one.

What makes you stand out from other women?

what is your mission in life?  what is your purpose in life? You have to have a mission in other to have a purpose otherwise you will become like a trash being toast back and forth by adversities of life, dishonest men, manipulative powers which includes  emotional roller coaster , disappointments , trouble, heartache and sickness, untold hardship e.t.c

humm  this is what we need in this day and age women who know their God and acknowledge him as Lord and Personal Savior. Women who will go to battle on their knees and seek wisdom from the Most High God through the “Word” and wait up on him in good , bad and not so good or bad times.

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.#1 Hebrew Shaddai
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
3Surely he will save you
from the fowler’s snare
and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
If you say, “The Lordis my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10 no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14“Because he#14 That is, probably the king loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.”

Hello world!

Gone are the Days when women’s position is in the kitchen, Alone.

Growing up, I might say I read lots of novels, romantic ones at that. I had this idea of prince charming coming from nowhere to be in charge and provide abundantly and adequately for a lady. And it turns to a struggle when the lady   tries to gain an employment outside the kitchen and become gainfully employed.

Growing up and watching my father fill that role of a true Husband, Father and Provider, while my mother was a full time house wife. Made me envy that role to one day be a full time house wife. Men in the 60’s and below where believed to be sole bread winners for their families especially in the African setting. Of course despite women do contribute to the upkeep of the household, it was never really recognized nor applauded. No wonder people like me had to learn in a hard way. Looking back now, I know why our parents had to insist that my six other female siblings was given an equal opportunity to go to school and be gainfully employed.

Today my trend of thought have completely changed course I have become so independent to a fault. When I was pregnant with my second child and were to move to our new home, I could not sit and wait for my husband to do anything for me, I did the packing, started moving the stuff and ready to drive the Moving Van. These were so because I have grown so use to getting things done by self, by the grace of God.

Now going back to research on the role of women in Nigerian History, it becomes clearer to me that the trend when men used to be the bread winner has completely changed over time. Apparently, women are very strong and have been created even stronger because as women and help maid in a household, they are trained and conditioned to take up the full responsibilities of the household in the event that the husband can no longer provide for the house. These they do so efficiently well, they have to multi task, be a wife, mother, and helper and in some cases bread winner. They juggle these responsibilities so effectively with their head held high.

In the pre-colonial period, women played a major role in social and economic activities. Division of labor was along gender line, women participated fully in food processing, mat weaving, and pottery making and cooking.

For Nigerian as it were, the most powerful tool of change for the modern woman has been the formal education system. Which has produced many elite women, intelligent, educated   and confident? They hold different leading positions and are gradually organizing to ensure that the political arena expands sufficiently to accommodate them.  Gone are the days when women are made to believe that their position is in the kitchen.

Domestic violence   download

Domestic violence is a hideous crime that is prevalent in most third world countries, talking about it seem like a taboo because men are seen as head of households; as a result have the right to impose any and all kinds of treatment on their spouse and “it is accepted as okay”. Any woman who tries to speak up will be seen as a rebellious, submissive wife. And in most cases will be send packing from matrimonial home or risk the husband getting another wife or concubine as the case might be.

At the peak where a woman constantly gets physically abuse, even in some cases where she seeks help from her relatives, she is simply told to go back home and encouraged to be calm and things will eventually get better. Things don’t get better if the issue is not addressed with the two couples. If a spouse continually gets a way battering his or her spouse in any way without repercussion, it sooner becomes a vicious circle. In most cases, the victim becomes very unhappy, depressed and gives up any hope of rescue.

Christian leaders should do more in interpretation, education and drawing the line between submission and domestic violence.  Women are supposed to be empowered to seek for help at the right time instead of being battered and killed in the name of submission.
